Job description

As part of the expansion of its team, the management of Yenne Kids' Academy is launching a for the following position:

  • French teacher
  • English teacher
  • History and Geography teacher
  • Professor of Integrated Sciences
  • Mathematics teacher
  • Design teacher

Under the supervision of the Yenne Kids' Academy (YKA) management and pedagogical team, teachers will be responsible for teaching the curriculum of their respective disciplines for secondary education. .

As a Learning Facilitator, you will contribute to students' progress and excellence in learning English while participating in our unique personalized education system.


Main responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and assess teaching and learning within YKA school programs
  • Building the foundations of learning with methods adapted to individualization
  • Use modern information and communication technologies to support learning
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality teaching tools and methods
  • Managing classes to keep students enthusiastic and involved
  • Adapt teaching to student diversity with appropriate support
  • Monitor students' individual progress
  • Participate in rotations to supervise recess, lead assemblies or other tasks
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions and meetings with parents
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and families
  • Work as part of a team and maintain positive relations with colleagues
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities organized by the school

Qualifications required

  • University degree
  • Teaching qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience (including teaching English as an additional language)
  • Passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French
  • Experience in peer-to-peer training (desirable)
