SCHEDULES

1 - Opening hours :

The school opens at 7.45am and will have a reception desk on site. High school students arrive no later than 8.15 a.m. Classes start at 8.30 a.m. sharp every day, Monday to from Monday to Friday.

Classes run from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All parents must collect their children at 4.30pm.

2 - Delays :

Pupils arriving after 8.30 a.m. must report to the management with the management.

The child will present a late ticket to the class facilitator facilitator. This late bill will be recorded in the student's individual file, and brought to the attention of the responsible parent. to the attention of the responsible parent, who must in turn send a written or electronic in writing or electronically to YKA management.

3 - Absences:

Absences are recorded daily in the roll-call register kept by the administration.

Any absence of more than 24 hours without justification is automatically reported to parents.

All absences must be justified by a message from the parents. After two (2) or more days of illness, the child must present a note from the doctor in order to return to class.

To be admitted to class after a contagious illness, the family will be required to present a certificate of non-contagiousness. Families may request exceptional leave of absence in writing from the the Administrative Department.
